Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to cancel or notify us (no-shows) will result in the full service fee being retained. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is permitted without penalty if requested at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 adjustment fee. Refund Policy Full refunds are provided for cancellations made within the allowed notice period (24 hours). Services canceled outside of this window or in no-show cases are non-refundable. Late Arrival Policy A grace period of 15 minutes is permitted for client arrival. If the client is not available after the grace period and no notification has been received, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and there will be no refund of the service fee. Payment Policy Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Weather & Emergency Policy In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen emergencies, cancellation and rescheduling fees may be waived at the company’s discretion. Terms of Service “Customers are required to provide accurate property details when booking.
